RFQ Details

I am interested in purchasing empty cans and lids that may be sealed completely airtight and that will be resistant to methanol, both in gel and liquid form.
One possibility we are considering is similar to an 8 fl. oz. (240 ml) aluminum can approximately 2.5in. O.D. and 3.5in. height used in the soft drink industry. The top would have to be modified to allow for a 1.75in. opening, perhaps the entire top, similar to food cans.
Another possibility is a 6oz. (170g) paper or cardboard side can approximately 3.25in. O.D. and 2.5in. height with an aluminum, plastic, wax or other liner that is resistant to methanol. The example I am looking at contains honey roasted almonds. We are interested in promoting the product as environmentally friendly, either 100% or as close as possible recyclable or biodegradable.
We are currently in the design / prototype phase and trying to get estimates of costs to include in a business plan.
Once production begins we anticipate orders in excess of 1 million per month.
Would you be able to provide quotes for either or both of these concepts at 1 million and any other price points above 1 million and also for a sample run?
